What’s next for the Wapato Jail?

Lars brings on Jordan Schnitzer, the title holder of the Wapato Jail building to discuss what the next steps are going forward.  There are plans drawn up for a warehouse, however, he is open to other ideas if presented to him. That being said, when asked about whether or not the building will be standing by November 1st his answer was, “I doubt it.”  Listen below for more.
