Trump should be working with China on trade tariffs not threatening to raise them.

Simon Lester joins the Lars Larson show to discuss the tariff threats President Trump has imposed on China.  Trade analysts believe that China would like to get a deal done and it can be assumed they would rather this happen than to challenge the rigidness of the President.
