The Ride-Sharing Revolution may be coming to an end in New York.

Lars brings on Jason Snead, a policy analyst in the Edwin Meese the 3rd Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation, to discuss how New York City Council plans to limit how many licensed taxi vehicles will be allowed.  The Council believes ride-sharing congests the city roads and wants to reduce the number of operating vehicles for these services.
