Similar to the Wapato Jail debacle, another building has been bought by the Multnomah county without a plan or the funds to support it.

Lars brings on Rachel Monahan, a reporter for Willamette Week, to discuss Multnomah county and its decision to buy Bushong Building, a 24,000-square-foot structure at 333 SW Park Ave.  A year after the Wapato Jail debacle, the county spent $4.34 million dollars on a building they once again do not have a plan or funds to support.
