Should your tax dollars have to pay for people who default on their student loans?

Lars brings on Rich Vedder, an economist, historian and senior fellow at The Independent Institute as well as the author of the new book, “Restoring the Promise: Higher Education in America.”  According to him, “more than 5 million student borrowers are delinquent or in default on their loans, and an even larger number have a loan deferment or “forbearance”  that is, they’ve been given permission to temporarily not repay their debt.”  Listen below for more.
