One man in Federal Way is taking on fines to oppose Marijuana retail.

Lars brings on Tom Cantrell of Metier Construction to discuss whether his 1st amendment rights are violating city code or not.  Cantrell rented a large message board and placed it on his property at the former New Lumber and Hardware site.  The board reads “Please vote no prop 1.”  However, Cantrell is facing some problems from the City staff who claim “the sign is too large” and that “it must come down.”  Listen below for more.
