Tne city of Portland has a plan to once again, fix the mistakes of others at the cost of taxpayers as Portland Housing Beuaru considers a plan to pay for attorneys via a contract with the Metropolitan Public Defender, a public defense firm, to host events where they help people get their records expunged to help their rental approval odds. Lars speaks to Ron Garcia, president of the Rental Housing Alliance of Oregon about this plan and why it could lead to trouble for unsuspecting neighbors.
