Harris-Biden DOJ Tries to Block Virginia’s Voter Roll Integrity!

Is the Harris-Biden DOJ stepping in to prevent Virginia from doing its job? That’s exactly what’s happening, as the Department of Justice sues Virginia for trying to clean up its voter rolls before the November election. The DOJ claims that removing non-citizens from the rolls violates the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993, which bars states from making changes within 90 days of a federal election.

So what’s the truth here? Is Virginia simply making sure only eligible voters are on the rolls, or is the DOJ protecting non-citizens’ “rights” to vote? Virginia’s move to remove non-citizens has been met with swift legal action from the DOJ, with Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke insisting the state is breaking federal law. But is this really about the law, or is it another example of federal overreach trying to undermine election integrity?

To cover this, Lars spoke with Joe Thomas, Program Director for 107.5/1260 WTON in Charlottesville, VA, and host of Freedom & Prosperity Radio. Joe’s got his finger on the pulse of election integrity issues, and he’s here to tell us what this lawsuit really means. Is the Harris-Biden DOJ more interested in keeping vulnerable voter rolls than ensuring only legal citizens vote? Get the facts and decide for yourself.
