Could a 1st amendment society ban violent video games?

Lars brings on Daniel Ortner, an attorney with the Pacific Legal Foundation, focusing on the First Amendment, property rights, economic liberty, and government overreach, to discuss the belief that video games are connected to mass shootings.  Ortner explains that someone who plays violent games does not further illustrate the unstable behavior of a mass shooter.  Other studies show that video games reduce stress and possibly reduce crime.  Listen below for more.
