After more than 100 years in Portland, the Salvation Army is closing its Adult Rehabilitation Center.

Lars brings on Major Daniel Henderson, the divisional secretary for the Salvation Army in Oregon and Southern Idaho, to discuss why the Drug and Rehab facility is closing in Portland.  The Salvation Army says it’s something they’ve been discussing for a while after seeing a shift in the number of residents due to the Affordable Care Act and the services it offers.
