The same Obama?

Hey, Lars,

I seem to recall the Obama administration wanting to bring foreign national combatants to the US so they might stand trial for actively killing Americans.

Now, it seems they would like to claim the right to rain fire on you and me - with so much as a nod to due process.

Looking at the letter Sec. Holder sent to Sen. Paul, this morning, Holder states that the president does not "... have the authority to use a weaponized drone to kill an American not engaged in combat on American soil." That's meager comfort. I suspect I'm not going to like the way they define "combat" any more than I like the way they define "terrorist."
